Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

All regularly priced items qualify for FREE shipping within the Continental United States (order must be at least $70 to qualify for free shipping).

 

We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Canada.

If your country is NOT listed here or our website is not verifying your order, please email or call us and we will try and find a solution for you!

 

The cost to ship all orders under $70 and sale and clearance items within the contiguous US is $7.95 for 1 pair, $9.95 for 2 pairs, $12.95 for 3 pairs, and $15.95 for 4 pairs (except for boots, which will cost $14.95 per pair.) The cost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada is a flat fee of $29.95 per order, and orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks. For shipments to Canada, additional duties and taxes may be charged by Canada Customs.

 

Returns Policy:

You can return any pair of regularly priced unworn shoes within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

All sale and clearance item sales are final. Unworn means the shoes are in new condition, still contain the original tags, and are in the original packaging. Please note, you will not receive a refund if the shoes exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which you received them.

 

All original packaging and materials including boxes and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Unfortunately, Dizzy cannot reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

 

You should expect to receive your refund, exchange, or store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases it will occur more quickly. This time period includes (i) the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), (ii) the time it takes to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), and (iii) the time it takes to issue an exchange or store credit (5 to 10 business days).

 

To make a return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will need to pay for the return postage. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
